FTC was engaged by San Francisco-based AppDeveloper, CodeScience, to find new space in Chattanooga. After an exhaustive search, nothing quite fit their needs and fun culture. So, we bought a building in the Southside with good bones and redeveloped it into a home for CodeScience that would cultivate creativity and help them attract and retain great talent! Did we mention their space features Chattanooga's first and only disco restroom complete with disco balls, an automated Toto toilet and a Sonos sound system?!
